Luxe & Bolt Limited Liability Company is committed to providing the personalized, quality customer service.

We want you to be LOVE your Luxe & Bolt purchase! Given that the majority of our products are crafted by our carefully selected network of small vendors, and given that we provide tiered gifting options, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on individual items from our hand-curated gift boxes. That said, we happily offer exchanges of non-gifted items provided that they are returned unused with tags still attached and in the condition in which they were received.

Any and all transit related injuries to product must be reported within two days of receipt in order to be eligible for exchange. This includes items shipped directly to the recipient.
